Job description• Assist the Managing Director to lead and direct the company’s work toward the company goals
• Responsible to perform corporate translation for business and management documentations and documents, assigned by the Managing Director Acting as Management Representative for the Company’s Quality Management System
• Establish and maintain the quality system that is in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO45001:2018 and any other applicable standards and regulatory requirements, and promote improvement within the organization
• Lead and facilitate activities related to internal and external audits in relation to Quality Management System
• Drive quality audits of the Company according to the Audit Programs and QMS Procedures, including scheduled and unscheduled audits
• Responsible to ensure that documents and records created under the Quality Management System comply with all applicable requirements
• Responsible as Document Controller for the Company
• Drive and lead quality improvement projects within the Quality Management System by monitoring and reviewing the projects progress, and establishing strategy to ensure on-time project completion, and all objectives are met within the set time frame
• Develop training materials and applicable test and guides, and provide training and guidance to employees
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent with at least 8 years working experience
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Quality Management System establishment and auditing roles
• Required skill(s): Business Corporate Management, Quality Management System, Corporate Business Translation and Communication (English, Malay)
• Pleasant personality, good communication skills, people approach attitude and proven leadership
