Description
Responsibilities:- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
- Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
- Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
- Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
- Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
- Maintain clean and tidy
Criteria:
- Age: 21 - 30 years old
- Male only ( local & foreigner are encouraged to apply)
- Prefer applicant with experience, however without experience may apply too
- Proven retail sales experience.
- Applicants should possess a general knowledge of tools, hardware supplies, paint and sundries, building materials as well as other related products.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and painting products and applications a plus, but will train the right candidate. Customer satisfaction-oriented
- The ability to use labeling and pricing equipment as well as Point of Sale (POS) software.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
