To attend incoming calls/messages, mail & email enquiries from customers.
To build and maintain a relationship with our customers in a professional manner with an objective to fulfill their needs.
To manage the processing of customer orders placed through phone call @ email.
To responsible for handing customer service for walk-in customer or phone calls enquiries from customers.
To keep up to date on new or enhance product knowledge in order to maintain high level of quality service to customers.
Salary Range: RM 1 300 - RM 2 000 per month + Commission
