- To assist in interacting and dealing with customers in the hardware store. - To assist in the controlling and properly maintaining of company documents, DO, Invoices & Debtor. - To ensure proper filing and matching of documents for account payable. - Ensure proper documents classification, sorting, filing in accordance with quality requirements via electronically stored and hardcopy for easier retrieval. - Maintain the files and record in sequence as required. - Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, mailing, filing, answering general queries by phone. - Any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Criteria:
