Requirements SPM / Certificates / Diploma / Degree in any discipline At least 2 year of related working experiences
Job Summary • Perform clerical duties as required.
Main responsibilities: Maintenance of filling in general for PO/DO/letters/ etc Record log book for all LPO received Record DO before dispatch to store for deliveries ISO score calculation for suppliers evaluation Necessary instruction from senior admin assistant – typing / creating files / fax / communications etc. Assisting other Admin Assistant at Admin Department in DO & INV generation To participate in quality improvement plan for continual improvement in quality system (ISO), product and services. To participate in any company activities pertaining to training, firefighting and safety and etc. Others as instructed by MD & head of department.
