Description
Job Description• Familiar with automotive management fits into their organization’s operations
• To monitor automotive operations and logistics
• To support operations and control costs through procurement and hiring
• Plans, organizes, directs and controls the organization’s current and future transportation needs and determine regular maintenance
and supply needs
• To maintain budgets and ensure that they allocate appropriate funding for repairs, supplies, and vehicles, so some financial
management experience is necessary
• To negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• To monitors activities to internal processes, make recommendations to integrate automotive needs and other business activities.
• To oversight of vehicle inspections
• To oversee maintenance, purchasing, and service activities
• To directing the operations of their departments
• To coordinate across departments and identify opportunities to improve integration of automotive activities.
Qualifications
• Must be Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Service Management or Related field
• 3 - 5 years working experience in the related field
• Excellent leadership skills with good command in written and English spoken.
• Target & result oriented
• Highly Organized
• Strong work Ethic
• Good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to details
• Computer literate
Responsibilities
• Strong communication skills to work with customer, suppliers, upper management and employees
