Job Responsibilities:•To source new product and perform negotiation with suppliers.
•To prepare sales analysis report and slideshow preparation.
•To have weekly reviews of sales performance and review against budget.
•To make stock replenishment planning, ensure zero stock out situation.
•To monitor customer campaign - data updating, report generation, sales performance monitoring.
•To comply to group policy for every purchase.
•To assist in pre-event preparation and post-event documentations/system updates.
•Job Rotation- able to support team members as and when necessary.
•Any ad-hoc task assigned must be completed within time-line.
Job Requirements:
•Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Economics, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
•Knowledge in Excel is mandatory i.,e. Pivot Table, Lookup.
•Able to make decisions and tactful in negotiating.
•Able to meet targets and work under pressure.
•Able to assess information quickly, to interpret business data statistics and make commercial decisions.
•Enjoy dealing with people, whether by phone or in person.
•Have good creative ability and an eye for detail.
