JOB BRIEFWe are looking for a talented Person in Charge to maximize children’s progress and development and to create a purposeful and successful learning environment. Monitoring and teaching the children’s function as a co-operative, happy and successful working team.
JOB RESOPONSIBILITIES
a) Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning
b) Develop and implement the Standard of Procedure and Workflow at school/premise
c) Develops schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures
d) Instruct and monitor children in the use of learning materials and equipment
e) Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction
f) Manage children’s behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures
g) Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school
h) Encourage and monitor the progress of individual children and use information to adjust teaching strategies
i) Maintain accurate and complete records of children's progress and development
j) Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by laws, district policies and school regulations
k) Prepare required reports on children and activities
l) Participate in department, school, district and parent meeting
m) Communicate necessary information regularly to children, colleagues and parents regarding children’s progress and needs
n) Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
o) Observe and evaluate children’s performance and development
p) Any assigned duties
Posses Master/Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Proven experience in teaching and handling toddlers
Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
Strong moral values and discipline
possess good listening skills
good physical stamina and fitness
Knowledge of CPR
