Position : Building Executive
Salary : RM2000 – RM2500
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of a town house community, including general office
administration and management of the building.
• Liaise and report to the JMB members on matters related to the policy and rules of the town
• To attend the monthly meetings or any other ad-hoc meetings that the JMB may request.
• To provide a regular report on security, job request maintenance report and submit details of
all resident’s complaints, suggestions, and comment to the JMB for review.
• Provide all type of service requests and address all comments and complaints raised by
residents of the town house in a professional and positive manner.
• To implement and enforce house rules / bylaws / additional bylaws.
• Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure environment to staff, visitors, contractors,
• To prepare monthly operation report of the building.
• To liaise with any Local Authority (i.e.: COB / BOMBA, etc) in relation to any building matter.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Property Management,
Building Science, Property Development, Real Estate Management, Urban Studies, Town
Planning, Building Maintenance, or other related fields.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Processing extensive knowledge of and conversant with the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act
757) rules and orders.
• Wiling to work at Seri Pristana, Sungai Buloh (Saujana Utama) and can start immediately.
