JOB DESCRIPTIONS
To build strong customer relationship
Handle outgoing and incoming prospective customers’ inquiries, building rapport, learning their needs
Identify and communicate feedback from customer to management for continuous improvement
To deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of products & services
Validate & verify customer’s information & details accurately
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia OR English (ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage)
Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
Good work ethic, well organized and self-motivated.
Dedicated, results oriented, positive minded individual striving for positive results
All races are applicable
SPM Level and above, Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply

Salary ranging from RM1500 and above
