– To assist in interacting and dealing with customers in the hardware store.
– To assist in the controlling and properly maintaining of company documents, DO, Invoices & Debtor.
– Ensure proper documents classification, sorting, filing in accordance with quality requirements via electronically stored and hardcopy for easier retrieval.
– Maintain the files and record in sequence as required.
– Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, mailing, filing, answering general queries by phone.
– Any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
– Age: 22 – 30 years old
– Prefer female
– Applicants must possess at least SPM/Diploma or equivalent in any relevant fields.
– Prefer applicant with experience, however without experience may apply too
– Applicant with general knowledge of tools, hardware supplies, paint and sundries, building materials as well as other related products is a bonus.
– Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office.
– Required language(s) : Bahasa Melayu, English.
